Thanks for putting your deck up – even without the presentation I found it really interesting – especially how you’ve separated out the “new” way of thinking (social, metrics, web) from the “old” ways (design, discussion, monolithic) – I think hiring somebody to be “the social guy” is still one of the hardest things to do as it’s difficult to get buy in from their peers that this is something which can add value to their game, to any game.
